He graduated with Distinction in Psychobiology from Swarthmore College before completing his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Following his residency, Dr. Williams received specialized training in microsurgical breast reconstruction and peripheral nerve surgery from internationally recognized experts.
